Grace brings entrepreneurial leadership and deep financial experience to one of the nation’s fastest growing community banks

TYSONS CORNER, Va., June 24, 2024 – Old Dominion National Bank (“ODNB”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Frank H. Grace, III to serve as Executive Vice President and leader of the bank’s enhanced Title & Escrow Services Division, as it continues to grow deposit relationships in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and beyond.

Mr. Grace has worked in the community banking industry for over 45 years, with most of that time serving in leadership roles at community banks located in the Greater Washington area. Mr. Grace joins ODNB from Capital Bank, where he served as Executive Vice President since 2017. Prior to that, he served as Market President with United Bank.

Frank is joined by long-term colleagues, Jessica Sinnott, Senior Vice President - Fiduciary Banking, Robert Pleasants, Title Division Sales Consultant and Wei Chen, Assistant Vice President - Title Support Specialist. The investment further underscores the Bank’s long-term commitment to expanding its service offerings to meet the diverse needs of its clients. In addition, ODNB will be expanding its branch network to Florida and other strategic states, to support its purpose-driven growth and enhance the Title Division's reach and capabilities.
