The fast-growing community bank promoted Lilah Yosufy to Executive Vice President and Chief Deposit Officer, Vishal Gandhi to Senior Vice President, Managing Director of Government and Technology Lending, and Toan Nguyen-Viet to Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending
TYSONS CORNER, Va., May 13, 2022—Old Dominion National Bank (ODNB) announced the promotion of Lilah Yosufy to Executive Vice President and Chief Deposit Officer. The company also announced the promotions of Vishal Gandhi to Senior Vice President, Managing Director of Government and Technology Lending and Toan Nguyen-Viet to Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending.
“Lilah has been an integral part of our success growing customer deposit relationships in our Washington metro and Northern Virginia markets,” said Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer Kevin Albrigo. “Since she was hired, ODNB has achieved excellent diversification and growth of deposits, increasing total deposits by more than 26% last year alone. She is a prime example of our focus on recruiting, maintaining and promoting top talent and we look forward to the key executive role she will play in ODNB’s ongoing growth.”
With more than 25 years of community banking experience, Yosufy joined ODNB in 2018 as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Business Development. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President and Commercial Service Officer for United Bank and Vice President and Branch Manager for BB&T Bank. She has a long a track record in Northern Virginia of providing innovative solutions to business clients for cash management and deposit service needs particularly in the title, government contracting, healthcare, nonprofit and professional services industries. Yosufy holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Administration from Marymount University. She is a graduate of the Virginia Bankers Association School of Bank Management at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and Leadership Fairfax.
The Bank has also promoted Vishal Gandhi to Senior Vice President, Managing Director of Government and Technology Lending and Toan Nguyen-Viet to Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending, as it continues to serve greater numbers of business owners and operators, professionals and entrepreneurs.

Gandhi came to ODNB in 2019 as a Senior Vice President and Commercial Lender within its Government and Technology group, joining from Freedom Bank of Virginia. He also previously worked at FBV Capital and First Citizens Bank after beginning his career at Wachovia in 2006. Gandhi earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Business from The George Washington University.
Nguyen-Viet joined ODNB in 2018 as a Vice President, focusing on all aspects of commercial lending. Prior to then, the lifelong Washington D.C. area resident worked in various roles at WashingtonFirst Bank. Nguyen-Viet began his career in commercial banking in 2010 with The Business Bank. He earned a dual degree in Marketing and Finance from University of Maryland College Park.
